This Level 0.5 early intervention program is education for at risk individuals who do not meet diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders. May include first time OVI offenders, underage consumption/prohibition, disorderly conduct, paraphernalia, etc.

    A certificate of participation and completion for the client, and documentation to the referral source demonstrating participation and completion is provided, as well as other recommendations, if indicated.
