Assessment three (3) business days guaranteed turnaround is provided to all clients. The assessment entails an in person session with the client that will take on average one and a half hours (1.5 hours). Our assessment will cover all of the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) required content. This is a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and will yield for the client and/or the related referral source an ICD-10/DSM V diagnosis and recommendations for treatment placement, including level of care if indicated. If no treatment is indicated, that will be included as well.
