 This program is designed to help drivers who need the BMV

Alcohol/Drug Reinstatement form completed in a manner that better demonstrates the drivers compliance with the BMV expectations - demonstrating six months of continuous abstinence once treatment is completed. This program includes a monthly drug screen, a monthly check-in that will have a focus topic e.g., driving laws, OVI laws, and related information. Also provided are a CD with educational information, films, a one-on-one exit interview that will include restoration paperwork completion, discussion of reinstatement fees, the possibility of payment plans, and other planning for a successful restoration of privileges.
