Although Transitions is in its infancy it is the full embodiment of

what we aspire to be. Through our services, knowledge, and hard work we strive to provide efficient and effective treatment and support to our clientele and to the community at large.

The Transitions brand previously encompassed our three partner organizations; The Double A Safehouse, Anonymously Yours (The Gift Shop) and Transitions Counseling. During the course of the past few years it was necessary to make some changes. Some of those changes included closing he Double A Safehouse, Anonymously Yours (The Gift Shop). As difficult as those decisions were, they have enabled us focus all of our efforts on Transitions Counseling.
